Free and open to everyone from Lewisville and North Texas! Join Friends of LLELA for the first of our 2025 quarterly meetings. February’s meeting will focus on the Trinity River with a presentation from author David Marquis, whose latest book, The River of Goodness, the second book in his river trilogy, is a lyrical global exploration of the ways we can create a more just and sustainable world for all by tapping into the lessons that rivers provide. His beloved prior book, The River Always Wins, offers up rivers as a metaphor for hope in troubled times. It promised to be an inspiring night.
