Explore the astounding acreage and array of nature spaces that
Denton County has to offer and its implications for nature tourism.
Amy Martin, author of Wild DFW: Explore the Amazing Nature Around Dallas-Fort Worth, will share a PowerPoint of photos from the book about Denton County’s three major nature attractions: Clear Creek Natural Heritage Center, Ray Roberts Lake State Park, and Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area (LLELA).
A panel discussion led by Amy Martin with other Denton County nature enthusiasts will further discuss these spaces, plus other Denton County nearby attractions such as Bob Jones Nature Center, Lewisville Lake, as well as Colleyville Nature Center, and Coppell Nature Park.
