Join us for an introduction to the Native Plant Society of Texas, presented by Liz Moyer.

The Native Plant Society of Texas’s mission is to promote the conservation, research, and utilization of native plants and plant habitats of Texas through education, outreach, and example. Their work and that of LLELA are undoubtedly complimentary to each other, but what is their approach? How do they organize and work to further their cause? Liz Moyer will provide an overview of the organization’s work at the state level as well as at the local chapter level. Come learn how they work to spread the word on the value of Texas native plants both in the wild and in home and commercial landscapes.
