Upcoming Traffic Change Affecting Entry to LLELA

Since summer 2025, construction on Jones Street and Kealy Street has temporarily shifted traffic to one-way westbound while road work was completed in phases. This Saturday, January 10, the traffic direction will switch.

Starting Saturday, January 10, traffic will move eastbound.

LLELA will only be accessible by driving east on Jones Street. Access via Kealy Street will no longer be available during this phase.

If arriving from the south on I-35 E or Business 121, turn onto Valley Ridge blvd to then turn North on Mill Street.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as this construction is taking place outside of LLELA property and is not within our control. The construction crew has been great to work with and has helped ensure the LLELA entrance remains accessible during open hours.
