Friends of LLELA welcomes all residents from Lewisville and the surrounding areas at our quarterly general meeting. We will share information about the work happening at LLELA and how the public can become involved.

The November meeting will feature opportunities for everyone to become more involved in nature:

• Hear about the work happening at the Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area.
• Enjoy an introduction to community science projects: bird watching, water quality monitoring, observing plants, and tracking animals.
• Learn ways to promote native habitats at your own home.
• Meet other local residents to share ideas.

With guest speakers, book recommendations, and opportunities for conversation with others, these General Meetings offer something for everyone! There is no RSVP or fee to attend.
